Are these turn-key packages?
At this moment we only offer the metal buildings alone, we do NOT provide any ground work, concrete, or electrical work.
Why does the price change drastically with anything over 30’w?
Anything over 30’w is a commercial building, it will have commercial grade trusses. These trusses require more material which in turn increases the price drastically. These buildings also require a lift for installation due to being too heavy to erect by hand.
For the best bang for your buck we recommend 30’w and below
Why are lifts required for some installations?
Lifts are only required when the building and materials are too heavy to erect by hand.
In order to avoid the lift we recommend 30’w and below, 14’h max, and 12′ doors.
*Lifts must be provided by the customers at time of installation.*
